[linux-audio-user] Drone generation through MIDI, how would you do it

This does look good, but no docs and the planet CCRMA version does not 
seem to use Alsa, where I want to use alsa, not /dev/dsp and /dev/midi.

I do not have good experience with CCRMA binaries. I will try compiling it 
myself
