[linux-audio-user] Recommendations for Low Latency Kernel

I don't do MIDI but I have instructions for building the low-lat/preempt
kernel on my web site -

You can use the 2.4.22 kernel instead of the 2.4.19 that I have listed
there.  The 2.4.22-1 preempt patch will work with the 2.4.22 kernel.
