Ok, i've muted the line level, but there isn't a line-in on alsamixer,
presumably 'capture' is what I want. And er, just to make sure, what
which connections would you suggest making with jack_connect ?

alsa_pcm:capture_1
alsa_pcm:capture_2
alsa_pcm:playback_1
alsa_pcm:playback_2
jack_rack:in_1
jack_rack:in_2
jack_rack:out_1
jack_rack:out_2
