Soundtracker (Gnome SoundTracker 0.6.7-pre6 coming with planet CCRMA) seems
to have JACK transport integration, but I haven't tried it yet; I remember
that when Kai reported the inclusion into ecasound, soundtracker was the
app he was trying to sync to.
