I do not know how to apply the patch to a Planet flow box. I have placed the
HDSP 9652 in a Gentoo box as it's easier to patch Gentoo, which is source
code based, than a Planet box, which is RPM based.

However, Kevin Ernste was building Alsa RPMs. If you could talk him into
patching his source and then building the RPM you would just install that
RPM on your Planet box and be done. I think that's the best solution, but I
don't know how to do any of it myself. (I'm a dumb end-user type...) ;-)
