You should erase the oss seq aliases for the 2nd and subsequent cards,
they are not needed (change made in the following quotation):

Hmm, maybe adding this:

options snd snd_major=116 snd_cards_limit=4

Otherwise snd_card_limit has a default of "1"? (I'm not sure).
