Heh, I'm still looking for the 31st band ;) Anyway, I like the parametric.
Interpolating the graphic slider positions seems like a good call.

The block diagram is pretty clear. I'm thinking additive would have potential 
negative impact on the headroom, but I'm still missing razor and tape 
editing.
