Hi,

To capture from Line In - in alsamixer:
- set "AC97 Capture" - for example to 100%
- set capture source tu "Capture" (using space key) - there should be
red Capture label above "Capture" slider.
- set capture on "Line In" - you should have red "Capture" label above
both  "Capture" and "Line In" sliders.
