What if you were to set it up with the sourceforge application, tack on some 
discussion stuff, let folk maintain their own pages and sell adspace? 
Managerial duties probably will be consideable... there's no reason it 
shouldn't pay. Considering the draw it might have... ad revenue might be 
considerable as well.
