Hello,

Because my sound card is gone for two weeks or so I need anew one.
I have following equipment:

multimedia Workstation where I like to install the new Audiosystem

I need entries for:
	1. Tape-Deck
	2. Record-Player (which support Schellack)
	3. VHS-Recorder
	5. Studio Microphone
	6. Studio-Mix-Table (8 channels stereo and 4 mono)

and one Output for the Amplifier ( 5.1 ??? )

But in the same time I like to connect the soundcards from my
three other Workstations to the System too.

michelle1	my main Workstation
michelle2	my second Workstation
devel-woody	my Devel-Station

My problem is, that I have not enough place in my Multimedia
Workstation (PCI, ISA, IRQ) why I like to use USB.

Now I have found the 'Yamaha Audio System DP-U50' and a
completset 'Yanaha System TSS1' for the USB-Port.

Does ALSA support such system ?

Or is there a better solution ?

Are there some (I know ther are) "Proffessionels" which can
help me to find the right stuff ?

Greetings
Michelle
