The connections you listed are midi connections. You have now wired the
midi signal from the mpu-401 (external midi port?) to jackrack, and from
jackrack to the wavetable engine. This is not what you want to do.

You can add reverb if you can connect the wavetable engines outputs
(look in the tab Audio, instead of midi) through jack-rack. You might
have to fiddle with the mixer settings on your soundcard. You don't want
to hear the sound from the wavetable instruments directly, you want to
record that, so you can connect the output audio ports to jackrack, and
then the jackrack outputs into the soundcard inputs.
