Hi, 

Tom, because you weren't sure, I decided to try the
TAP Scaling Limiter. :) It' a fine tool and your
documentation is also very good. Thanks much!

Limiting is the proper tool for the transient type
spikes that need to be fixed in this job. Thanks for
the hints.
