Ok, selfanswer :)

sox of course... but it idoesn't read the title :-(
when I cat directly the binary file I can see in plain text on the last
line some different tags : smpl, LIST, my precious title and a comment
line.
Sox retrieve all the tags but not the tittle that is read by the real
player one.

any hint ?
