It's actually a fairly nice environment. It lacks some of GigaStudio's 
abilities, such as being able to add a plugin, no mixer, no audio output 
routes, but it's clean and VERY simple to use.

While I'm not really able to use LS yet for synths or orchestral yet, at 
this level many of the drum gig files work just fine if you're looking 
for a MIDI driven drum unit. I also use it for odd stuff, like vocal 
loops and weird sound files where an odd difference from GSt wouldn't be 
such an issue.

As always, Rui's work just continues to be so grat at the user level. 
QjackCtl, QSampler, QSynth, are all so clean & simple. All a real 
pleasure to use.
