At the moment: yes. I do not know why. It likely is a temporary problem.

Unfortunately there currently also problems with
http://demudi.alioth.debian.org/. Several (all?) pages result in error messages
("Berkeley DB error while opening environment for filesystem .... Fatal error,
run database recovery").
