[linux-audio-user] How do I use this RT kernel?

steamballoon seems to have vanquished the patch for distros and the raw 
patch as well! Poop!
Is there a duplicate of the raw patch somewhere? Are the changes to the 
pam file that are documented on the wiki all that is patched?
