No, it doesn't have the full RT patch, not even close.  It does have
some fixes that make it more likely to have good realtime performance
than 2.6.12.

Maybe you're confusing Ingo's RT preempt kernel patch with the RT
rlimits and realtime LSM patches, it's a common mistake.  Please check
the list archives if you don't understand the difference.
