I've used it. :) It's still fairly early in it's development. ALSA MIDI
support, VSTi support were recently added - haven't tried. JACK and
LADSPA support are still to come. The program isn't exactly crash-free,
but is usable & quite fun once you get used to it...

Why not check it out from CVS and try it for yourself? ;)
