The multichannel patches have been accepted into ALSA CVS.  It will be
up to 24 hours before anonymous sourceforge CVS is in sync.

Thanks to everyone who tested this and reported bugs.

I would like to specifically thank Mikael Magnusson who reported a nasty
bug in the voice allocator, and Mark Constable who helped make these new
