To compile qjackctl with latest JACK CVS [0.99.44+] you have to grab it
from, i guess where, CVS.

But if you wanna have a jump start, just insert this one liner on
src/qjackctlMainForm.ui.h:

#include <jack/statistics.h>

and there you go.
