I believe amidimon's messsage reads:
<Timecode> <msgtype> <channel> <controller#> <value>

The messages you included would indeed be generated by Ratón when first
executed. 
Default values (X: chan 1, cont 1 | Y: chan 2, cont 1)
	(there's an offset of 1 for the MIDI channel)
 
Does it always send these messages, even if you change the channels
and controller #'s (via the spinbuttons in Ratón)?

If I change both channels here to 13, and controllers to 12 & 13, I get the following
in amidimon:

8:8:41:185306   controller c: 12 p: 00012 v: 00119
8:8:41:185349   controller c: 12 p: 00013 v: 00108
