[linux-audio-user] Problem with SB Audigy mic input

I had a similar problem with a 2.6.12 kernel. I'm afraid that there is a
bug with the emu10k driver or that mic boost is off and you can't turn
it on with alsamixergui. In particular, when I had this problem, the
"mic boost" control didn't appear in alsamixergui...
Downgrade to kernel 2.6.11 and see what happens.
I'd like to report this but I don't know where I should do it and I want
to make sure it isn't a config issue. Suggestions?
