Hello Gavin--

Wow. It certainly is a compliment when and if someone else wishes to
perform one's work. ;-) Thank you.

I recorded "Abstraction 1 for Piano" live, and it is only a working
copy. I do not quite consider the piece complete yet, but close. I have
no MIDI file or score right now, but I can easily make a MIDI file of
it, and I do plan to notate it sometime "soon." That will give me an
excuse to dive back into LilyPond, which I really love.

In the meantime (before I have the score completed), if you or anyone
else would like a MIDI file of the piece, I will be glad to record one.
In fact, I will do that in RoseGarden4 or Muse probably sometime within
the next few days and will upload it to:

http://www.xscd.com/pub/music/midi/

It will be titled:
abstraction-1-for-piano.mid
