Added a check for bad commandline options ("--ntoe=60" will be detected,
but "--note=" (missing number will still produce a python error, but i
think that;s ok)) and corrected the helptext for "--note=#" option

P.S.: Now if this abrowse (akai sample cd .wav extractor for linux)
wouldn't segfault every other time.. grrr.. ;)
