I've got a V-Amp Pro and I like it a lot. One nice thing about it
over the V-Amp 2 is that it has S/PDIF out so I can use all 10 channels
on my C-Port 2000. Other than the extra I/O they're the same. It's
still pretty cheap - Musician's Friend has it for $169US.
