[linux-audio-user] RME 9636 no control

Hi All
Is there a known problem with this particular card and alsa?

I don't seem to be able to set/change the card settings from within
Linux.

If I try rmedigicontrol
I get:

no rme digi soundcards found

and with

HDSPMixer gives me:

card 0 : rme digi9636 irq 19

no HSDP DSP cards found Which is quite right.

Is there any drivers I can get to allow control of the card?

I'm using Debian.

According to the Planet guys this is an old card, does it mean I cannot
use this in Linux?

This would be a major problem for me here
