[linux-audio-user] Re: hardware recommendations?

So I gather that my best bet is to avoid mainboards that have VIA chipsets. 
Looking at the website of ABIT, I see that besides Intel chipsets, there are 
chipsets labeled nForce. Has anyone experience stability problems with board 
using nForce chipsets? 

I have to really research on this before I go ahead on the hardware. Additional 
links will be helpful, too. Thank you.
