No its not, I use skype on linux. The open SIP stuff is probably better
though, and thier are free providers now, I'm just looking at
http://www.stanaphone.com/, which flogs hardware, but lets you use any
compliant SIP implementation IIUC. Not tried it, but a collegue uses it.
