Just list them one by one, separated by commas:

# to process foo.wav with SC4 LADSPA compressor
sh> ecasound -i foo.wav -o alsa -el:sc4,0,40,40,-18,6,6,6,0,0 -c

# set 5th SC4 parameter to 9 (ratio) in real-time 
ecasound> cop-set 1,5,9
