I just used the vanilla kernel and applied the patch to PAM to make it
use the rt-limits api already in the kernel.  Working pretty damn
good.  I have still had a few very short xruns but this is probably
when I am beating the hell out of the system while just using
xmms->jack to listen to mp3s...
