[linux-audio-user] JACK Rack and MIDI key/CC binding

Hi all

I couldn't find any documentation which describes binding MIDI keys/CC's 
with plugin parameters/bypass in JACK Rack.

Can anyone explain how it's done (I assume it's implemented since it 
does have an ALSASeq port)?  Does anyone have any experience they'd like 
to relate when using it with a control surface (I'm seriously 
considering the Behringer BCR2000)?
