I really hope the biggest lawsuit to come out of this is the band's vs.
their label.  The band is the real victim here - clearly this is going
to KILL their "CD" sales, and it's also pretty clear that Sony didn't
tell them they were going to do this.  If that isn't grounds for a huge
award then I don't know what is.
