Its my understanding of the GPL that you CANNOT apply additional 
restrictions and still call it "GPL".

I'd suggest they consult with an attorney before they write such 
foolery.

People having trouble with vz bouncing email to me should add the word
'online' between the 'verizon', and the dot which bypasses vz's
stupid bounce rules.  I do use spamassassin too. :-)
