Reborn was released back in 2002 by these guys:

Last I knew, they were threatened by Propellerhead Software (makers of Rebirth 
http://www.propellerheads.se/) and forced to withdraw it.  Propellerhead 
discontinued Rebirth in 2005 (http://www.rebirthmuseum.com/).
