Yes, I've been playing around with Kanotix a lot lately too. Very
impressive.

I've gotten a very stable 2.9ms running a vanilla 2.6.15.4 kernel with
rt_preempt patched into it with realtime-lsm on my AMD 64+3500/Maudio
Delta 44. This is using qjackctl and ardour. Haven't tried PD or
anything else on it yet.

I outlined the steps I took both in my blog http://oktyabr.blogspot.com
as well as the Kanotix (en) forums:
http://kanotix.com/PNphpBB2-viewtopic-t-15424.html

Would like to try remastering Kanotix for realtime use with a few hand
picked apps.

Best,

Jon
