I suspect that you are in fact reading it on this list.  Its just that 
each message describing how to do something has yet to be organized 
into 'chapters' :-)

People having trouble with vz bouncing email to me should add the word
'online' between the 'verizon', and the dot which bypasses vz's
stupid bounce rules.  I do use spamassassin too. :-)
