[linux-audio-user] fst 1.7 doesn't compile

Create the directory vstsdk2.3/source/common/ inside the fst-1.7 directory.
Try to copy AEffect.h and aeffectx.h from your downloaded sdk to that
directory.
Else try it with vstsdk2.3.
