[linux-audio-user] don't manage to install fst

i found vstsdk2.3 here at 
http://www.irf.se/~ionogram/ionogram/SDK/VST%20Plug-Ins%20SDK%202.3/

it is possible to include on fst site the versione of vstsdk that work? 
or there are some license problems??
