Depends on what you view as "current pd-extended cvs": I don't use
pd-extended, but AFAIK it consists just of a tagged/branched copy of
the HEAD of CVS. But for pd-extended 0.39 this version probably is
based on 0.39, where the 64bit bug still persisted unless there's a
patch applied to the pd-ext sources when compiling.

Generally the Pd version in pd-extended lags behind Miller's Pd one or
two versions (Current MSP-Pd already is at 0.41)
