[LAU] Sources for USB-MIDI cables? And how many would I need?

Each device, be it a keyboard, synth or a computer, must have the midi 
interface (in/out midi ports). The keyboards and synths already have it 
built-in, while MIDISPORT is such an interface for your PC.

That mean that for every PC, you should buy a midi interface.

That being said, I don't see much use of biniding together two pc's with midi. 
The only example I see is having one pc as sequencer and another as software 
synth / effect processor.
