[LAU] Edirol FA-101 and output level

Hi Daniel,

Thank you for your response. I found a thread about that test application
and I've been trying to build libfreebob but I had problems with it not
finding libpthread. I have Fedora 7 and can't find the devel package of
pthread anywhere.
