[LAU] presonus firebox advice

Hi all,

I would like to know if the Presonus Firebox audio card (
http://www.presonus.com/firebox.html) is well supported under linux.
Is this a really good card? Do you guys have any other alternatives? I would
like the card to have a preamp on it so I can directly connect my mic.
