The Rhodes is the jRhodes3 soundfont from LearJeff.  I run it through CAPS amp, preamp, and cabinet plugins, as well as TAP autopan.

I don't remember where the fretless came from, probably HammerSound. I do remember that I had to edit it in Swami to reove the harmonic layer at velocity 127. That was annoying. But other than that I like it a lot.
