Thanks, but no thanks...

I'll stop it here (I love playing music too much to spend time on 
blowing up my box). I plan to install debian/stable on another partition 
when that's released. Maybe I'll build jack from svn on top of that then...

I'll get back if (when!) I get into trouble at that point. Thanks for
