Hi all,

in the python tools of aubio, there is a program called aubiocut
that will slice files at beat, onset or silences.

the script does a little more than just extracting slicing positions, as
it looks for a local minimum of energy and a zero crossing.

on debian, this script is available in aubio-tools.

cheers, Paul
