[LAU] LAU collaboration coordination?

Hi!
  About web apps. It's an interesting idea, though I don't take to it very 
much. But if there is to be a web app, we should be certain about a few things 
(caution: the blind barrier-free-advocat starting again!)
  It shoudl stick to the WAI guidelines in general!

  That means in general: alt-tags for images, no javascript in functional 
parts (or a non-javascript alternative), careful with other layout elements, 
do as much as possible with CSS, try to not use tables for layout/design 
reasons only,...
  I'll have to take a look at the mentioned sites to get some general idea of 
it all. Because I think there is something, that disturbs me with the web-app 
idea in itself. But I'm not sure yet.
