[LAU] M-Audio Oxygen8 - some problems

Hi List,

well to sum up: The problem is, that the last step Takashi Iwai recommended

- changing theudev/rules.d/42-midisport-firmware.rules as described in 
comments #11 and later - only works for openSuse 10.3.
In fact, i tried the entry from the original rules-file (comment #10)

  # KeyStation
SUBSYSTEM=="usb_device", ACTION=="add", SYSFS{idVendor}=="0763", 
SYSFS{idProduct}=="1014", RUN+="/sbin/fxload -s 
/usr/share/usb/maudio/MidiSportLoader.ihx -I 
/usr/share/usb/maudio/MidiSportKS.ihx -D $env{DEVNAME}"

with(!) SYSFS{idVendor} & SYSFS{idProduct} instead of ENV{DEVTYPE}, as 
he suggested in comment #11.
After changing the "KeyStation"- section - which is the only relevant 
section for the oxygen8 - as described above, saving
and restarting the keyboard it got loaded automatically.

Prior to this configuration you only have to install the alsa-firmware, 
fxload and the midisport firmware from Takashi Iwai's
Multimedia-Repository
