[LAU] Which tool to sample 8 audio channel at the same time?

Hi!
  Why don't you try ecasound (www.eca.cx/ecasound) or debian package.
  It runs on the console, runs smooth, doesn't use much power on my system and 
can sample the 8 channels in one or each channel in a track. Also you can 
script it.
