[LAU] converting MIDI file format 0 to 1?

Aha! I mis-read the format. Aconnect produces MIDI format 0 files! So that explains why they won't import into seq24. I'm sorry about getting that so wrong.

I'll try the conversion steps (via dosemu) and see how that goes.
