It's not the first time that an Idea like this shows up.
The main reason why it hasn't become reality is that any idea needs
continuous effort to become reality, so apparently no-one cared enough
to invest this effort.
It's not a new problem, an idea is not enough.
If you are willing to put the effort into it it will probably be
appreciated.
